Module #1 - Lower Stress Immediately!
Participants will be taught a highly effective and easy-to-learn modality that immediately reduces stress called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). EFT can be utilized in countless ways at the workplace, for example: preparing for a difficult meeting, reducing stress before a presentation, prior to cold calling, after an upsetting encounter at work. Another powerful way to use EFT is at the end of the workday to release workday frustrations. Because of its ability to restore balance, calm, clarity and focus, EFT is powerful 21st century tool for executives, managers, business owners as well as their employees.
Module #2 Keep your engine (energy) humming!
Participants are taught a Five Minute Energy Routine to keep their energy level and energy reserves balanced, humming and replenished. Easily done on a break or during lunch hour, it’s a deeper, less superficial pick-me-up than caffeine, chocolate or nicotine. Individual parts of the Routine can also be used by individuals when feeling overloaded or overwhelmed or when thinking becomes unclear or confused. In addition to this Routine, Brady will teach some simple practices for grounding, calming, and centering. A simple and highly effective Brain Gym technique will also be taught.
Module #3 Non-Violent Communication works!
Who wouldn’t want to come to work every day to a peaceful, harmonious workplace where conflict is easily resolved? We’ve all experienced how arguments, bad feelings, misunderstanding, miscommunication and gossip can chip away at the sense of well-being at work. This workshop teaches participants Non-Violent Communication -- an easy-to-learn method for communicating, listening to others, and making requests. It is a powerful skill to learn and will immediately begin to transform the individuals using it and involved with it and shift the climate at work.
Module #4 Thinking stress leads to feeling stress
Who knows how many actual thoughts people have during a day (60,000?), but one thing we do know is that thoughts are actual things which impact one’s physiology and therefore have a powerful (often negative) impact on one’s health and stress-level. Brady will teach 1-2 techniques to your workforce to help them ease the ‘stories’ that are continuously running through their minds and causing strain and stress.
